Learn about the perceived problems that aren't the true source of stress in your business and what the REAL problems are (that are lurking in the shadows, tripping you up at every turn).
In this episode Danny shares a story about how it took 8 years of follow up to land a home run deal. He then delves into the perceived versus the REAL problems in your real estate investing business. These are the problems keeping you from deal consistency and building a team.
First, I’ve been thinking a lot about pivotal moments in the growth of my house flipping business. The simple ideas that caused drastic improvements to how many deals we were doing and how we operated as a company. Just like the realization that if I only followed up consistently I could more than double my deals.
I’ve come to realize there are problems that we perceive and work too hard at trying to alleviate the symptoms, while the true source of the problems is ignored. Obviously, this doesn’t work.
What’s going on in your life right now
Not enough leads was a big one for us. I know this is a big one for most investors out there. Why do you think we all get bombarded with the next HOT lead source from the gurus every month?
Jumping on the next trend all the time can lead to endlessly chasing a moving target. Just another way to feel like I’m on a hamster wheel.
