Justin Treadwell is the owner of Reliant Home Buyers of Tennessee operating in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area. Justin started flipping homes in 2003 and bought and sold just over 40 houses in 2022. Of those, he fixes and flips almost all of them but does wholesale a few and keeps a few each year for rentals.
